Identification Required For Notarizations:
Each signer must either present a valid and current photo ID
  • such as a US, Mexican or Canadian drivers license
  • Oregon picture ID
  • US Military identification card or passport.
  • The ID must have been issued within the last 5 years.
  • Non-US passports must have been stamped by the INS.
